I was watching Nagi No Asukara (by the way, great show so far) and I am convinced these are the biggest effing eyes I've ever seen on any anime character! I mean look they're even bigger than Clannad's character's eyes! That's saying something!

Weird, I just started this show. I'm only on episode 2, though.

My impressions so far: Hikari's a dick, Manaka needs to stop listening to her friend, and Tsumugu's a little odd. Also, ridiculous - even by the standards of anime - eyes aside, it's all very pretty.

I didn't really like it at first but I'm on 8 and it's slowly but surely improving and making me like the characters. Lots of character development happens between 2 and 8. Though I will say that I still don't care about the purple haired girl or the blond dude. They just feel like they don't really have any significance to the story. Though this is subject to change as the series goes on.

Yup. I could barely remember the blond dude, and I described the purple girl as 'Manaka's friend' because I couldn't remember her name.
